Terms and Conditions

Rental of a Mass Transit Limo LLC is with full acknowledgment and agreement of all of the following terms and conditions:


Online Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Once reservation is received we will confirm via email.

For reservations less than 48 hours in advance please call us and we will be happy to accommodate you!  Deposits are non-refundable.

En route stops will be charged at a minimum of $10.00 plus 75 cents per minute.

Cancellations/No Shows

Clients must inform Mass Transit Limo LLC of cancellations 24 hours prior to planned trip to avoid being charged for the full trip. Cancellations must be made via email to info@masstransitlimo.com. Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone or voicemail.  A Mass Transit Limo LLC representative will respond with a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation.

Mass Transit Limo will not refund deposits due to booking mistakes due to client’s misinformation, event changes, weather. Client must understand that reservation is an agreement bound by the terms set forth in this Terms and Conditions section.

“No shows” will be charged the full rate quoted.


It the responsibility of the passenger to be sure of their commitment when booking their trip with Mass Transit Limo.

Client Behavior and Safety

Your safety and comfort as well as the safety of our chauffeurs are our top priority as a result Mass Transit Limo reserves the right to expel any passenger whose behavior interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle. No illegal substances or narcotics are to be brought into the vehicle. Any passenger suspected to be under the influence of illegal substances or intoxicated will not be admitted into the vehicle and no refund will be issued.  Client holds Mass Transit Limo LLC harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the misconduct of his/her party. We ask that clients refrain from any obscene language, gestures and any other disorderly behavior that may cause an unpleasant or unsafe atmosphere. No smoking will be permitted in the limo at any time. No exceptions will be made.

Damage to Vehicle

Clients are responsible for themselves and their guests. Any damage to the limo caused by clients or their guests will be billed to the passenger who booked the trip. This includes but is not limited to beverage spillage, vomit, gum or candy stuck to interior, or breakage of any furnishings, mirrors, lights etc.  Replacement or repair for any item will have a minimum charge of $200.00 as well as a charge for lost time while the limo is out of commission for repairs.

Waiting Grace Periods

We offer a 15 minute waiting grace period for non airport door to door limo transportation service.

After which a 75 cent per minute charge will apply.


We offer a 35 minute grace period for domestic and international flight arrivals. It is the responsibility of the client to give correct flight information and allow themselves enough time for luggage retrieval when booking reservation time.  After which a 75 cent per minute charge will apply.

Parking fee will apply when applicable.

Two way tolls will apply where applicable.

Items Left in Vehicle

Mass Transit Limo is not responsible for items left in vehicle. Mass Transit Limo assumes no responsibility for lost items luggage or damages.  Please check to ensure that you have retrieved all your personal belongings before exiting the limo.


While we strive for excellent service, Mass Transit Limo shall not be held responsible for late arrivals caused by (but not limited to) acts of God, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, extreme traffic delays, and any other situation beyond our control.


Mass Transit Limo does not charge a “service fee” or automatic gratuity. We feel that any gratuity left to our chauffeurs should be at the discretion of our valued clients and not mandatory.

Privacy Policy

Mass Transit Limo will never sell or distribute any of your personal information to a third party. Mass Transit Limo will only use your email address for reservation confirmations.

Indemnification  By using Mass Transit Limo service, website and or reservation system you agree to indemnify and hold Mass Transit Limo, its subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, vendors, subcontractors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, damages and/or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any third-party claims arising from or related to your use of our services, website, reservation system or your violation of the terms and conditions set forth. Should legal actual be necessary to enforce any part of the terms and conditions set forth above, the aggrieved party shall be compensated for any and all loss as well as legal fees.

By booking a reservation with Mass Transit Limo LLC, client agrees to and understands all conditions set forth and agrees to be bound by them.
