Online Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Once reservation is received we will confirm via email.
For reservations less than 48 hours in advance please call us and we will be happy to accommodate you!
MTL ask that cancellations be made 24 hours prior to planned trip. Cancellations must be made via email to email@example.com. An MTL representative will respond with a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation.
Client and Driver Safety
Your safety and comfort, as well as the safety of our chauffeurs, are our top priority. MTL reserves the right to expel any passenger whose behavior interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle. Any passenger suspected to be intoxicated will not be admitted into the vehicle. Client holds MTL harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the misconduct of his/her party. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Damage to Vehicle
Clients are responsible for themselves and their guests. Any damage to the limo caused by clients or their guests will be billed to the passenger who booked the trip.
We offer a 35 minute grace period for domestic and international flight arrivals. Our drivers track all flights and will be there when you are.
MTL does not charge a “service fee” or automatic gratuity. We feel that any gratuity left to our chauffeurs should be at the discretion of our valued clients and not mandatory.
MTL does not share any of your personal information to a third party.
